Streamlined Project Delivery
SPEEDBOAT will act as your trusted architect, designer, and builder, managing every detail of your project from start to finish. Our streamlined process begins with a thorough site study, including soil analysis and surveys. We handle complete architectural and engineering design, then manage the entire permitting and cost engineering process. One- to two-months of site preparation will include earthwork, utility installation, and foundation construction, while modular components are fabricated off-site. Installation takes no more than six months, resulting in a move-in ready home. SPEEDBOAT also offers optional maintenance packages for long-term enjoyment.
